the other day i was on my computer and i always go to my control panel to change the brightness of my computer screen and what not and when i went to go look it wasn't there. my cousin said that she had used my laptop and installed or deleted it. I really need my control panel back and i don't know how . please help!

Try doing a system restore. Do it several hours before the Control Panel was removed
